About the Program
Through my education, professional interactions, and own experience, I noticed a lack of information provided to women regarding exercise, nutrition, and overall health for pregnancy. The lack of reliable information and the over-reliance on social media creates inconsistencies in healthcare for women. This can lead to poorer health outcomes for the mother and baby, lack of supportive systems in place, and lack of advocacy in a woman’s own care.
The Mindset of Mommies was created with the intention to provide an education to women who are in pre-conception, those trying to conceive, or in the early stages of their pregnancy. It is an eight week phased program designed to provide education and confidence in women that includes:
Strength training routine
Nutrition coaching
Daily habits
Weekly check ins
Weekly learning modules on: exercise, nutrition, mindset, support, monitoring and care, resources
Weekly group calls
Access to peer on peer support group
