The Mindset of Matter Program:
The intersection between mental, physical, and emotional health

The Mindset of Matter coaching program creates an intersection between mental, physical, and emotional health. Through one-on-one coaching, clients create deep meaning around what inspires them, what is important to them, and gain clarity on what they truly want in their lives. We uncover the beliefs, cognitive distortions, habits, and patterns of thinking that prevent them from living the life or creating the health they desire. We then create healthier lines of thinking and behaving while establishing goals and habits that align with the person they want to become, in their bodies, minds, and performance. This program is for those who have tried working out without maintaining consistency, feel lost among nutrition recommendations only to repeat the same behaviors, and who are finally ready to identify the whys of their habits and improve their body image.

A tailored experience to assist you in continuing to build strength, within your availability of time and space, and weekly written check-ins. Programs will include the program structure, guidance, and opportunities for form assessments via video.

Nutrition Coaching

$210/month

This program is a 3-month commitment unless otherwise noted.

Continue to focus on realistic behaviors and daily minimums that enhance how you feel, focusing on increasing energy levels, improving sleep, and your relationship with nutrition. Based on the client preference and past experiences, program can include custom macro coaching, food journaling, hand portion guides, etc. and weekly written check-ins.

The First Six Weeks,
Postpartum Program

Reoccurring for up to 6 weeks

After receiving clearance for exercise, this is a gradual program built to encourage gentle movement and breathing exercises. Movements gradually progress, but allow for adaptation based on your daily needs. There are three workouts per week, scheduled walking sessions, as well as daily habit goals.

Introduction Program

Reoccurring for up to 3 months

Created for those who are new to fitness; want to try strength training; returning to movement foundations; want an at home workout; and/or those with minimal to no equipment available.

The Mindset Method

$48 total

Designed specifically for women, this course leverages evidence-based psychological strategies to help you overcome negative self-image, disruptive eating patterns, and lack of confidence. Whether you're struggling with food noise, harsh self-talk, or inconsistent health habits, our program offers a comprehensive approach to address the root causes of these challenges.
