The Mindset of Matter coaching program creates an intersection between mental health, exercise and movement, and overall nutrition. Through one to one coaching, clients create deep-meaning to what inspires them, what is important to them, and help them get clear with what they truly want in their lives. We uncover the beliefs, cognitive distortions, habits and patterns of thinking that prevent them from living the life or creating the health they desire.  We then create healthier lines of thinking and behaving while establishing goals and habits that align with the person they want to become, in their bodies, minds, and performance.

Self Guided Programs

After receiving clearance for exercise, this is a gradual program built to encourage gentle movement and breathing exercises. Movements gradually progress, but allow for adaptation based on your daily needs. There are three workouts per week, scheduled walking sessions, as well as daily habit goals.

The First Six Weeks, postnatal program - $9.99

*reoccurring for up to 3 months
Created for those who are new to fitness; want to try strength training; returning to movement foundations; want an at home workout; and/or those with minimal to no equipment available.

Introduction Program - $60
